By using our Service, You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (which covers personal data handling). If You disagree, do not use the Service.

Termination

Maximum Liability: The amount You paid via the Service or 100 OMR (if no purchase was made).
No Indirect Damages: We are not liable for lost profits, data breaches, business interruptions, or personal injuries arising from Service use.
"AS IS" Service: The Service is provided without warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose, etc.). We do not guarantee error-free operation or virus-free content.

Governing Law & Disputes

Order Policies

Cancellation by Mennez Baby

We may cancel orders deemed high-risk, fraudulent, or placed via VPN/third-party agents. Refunds will be issued if applicable.

Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be canceled before delivery without charges.
Post-delivery cancellations follow our Return/Refund Policy (within 7 days of delivery).

Damaged/Defective Products

Return Window: 7 days from delivery (extended for manufacturing defects with proof).
Resolution: Free replacement or full refund via original payment method.

Warranty

Electrical devices (e.g., breast pumps, monitors) carry a 1-year warranty from purchase date.

Payment Terms

Prepaid Methods (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay): Charged at order placement.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Paid upon delivery.
Processing Fees: None applied for card payments.

Miscellaneous

Severability: If any clause is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
Waiver: Not enforcing a right does not waive future enforcement.
Translation Disputes: English text prevails over translations.
Changes to Terms: We may update Terms with 30 days’ notice for material changes. Continued use = acceptance.
