We're so glad you're a Mennez Baby customer! We hope you and your little one are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item for a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

 

All returns must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and have all original tags and labels attached.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately to arrange a return, exchange, or refund.

How to Return an Item

 

1. To start the return process, please email us at info@mennez.co and state your reason for the return.

2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Place the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number.

4. Contact us to schedule a pickup of the package.

We will cover all return shipping costs if the product is defective or doesn't match the photo on our website.

Refunds

 

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Breastfeeding and pumping products with a broken or removed seal

• Underwear
